Multilingual Support Fee
For patients using Japanese health insurance, when communication in a language other than Japanese is required for medical care, a multilingual support fee may be charged separately from the medical expenses covered by health insurance.
- First visit to our clinic: ¥3,300
- Second and subsequent visits: ¥1,100 per visit
This fee applies when multilingual support provided by our clinic is required for medical communication, including the use of translation devices or other language-support methods.
If you bring an adequate interpreter and our multilingual support is not required, this fee will not be charged.
The applicable fee will be explained to you before the service is provided, and your consent will be obtained.

The package typically includes consultation, urine testing, and prescription medication. Additional tests or treatments may incur additional charges depending on your condition.
